There was talk on A.Net whether this was an authentic AA video. Guess the answer is yes.

That is seriously asking for trouble. If anyone has the video I would just keep it to myself. It is obvious what the owner feels about the video being shared.

To which Google will go and tell them to shove it. Privacy laws. The most they will do is take it down from their servers.

Google may take it down but AA still has the right to seek damages from the person that posted it.

AA isn't suing anyone here. Filing a subpoena is not a lawsuit.

No. Google has to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Google has already publically stated that they will comply with such requests. If they didn't, AA could sue Google and win.
