Jet2 have announced yet another new service from Leeds Bradford, this time to Lanzarote Arrecife, starting winter 06.

I would have to agree. It would be nice to see Jet2 or BA with an ERJ run an early AM departure LBA-LGW to connect with the flights to/from North America. I find myself on a BA flight to MAN, then taking the train to Leeds. Very inconvenient...

Good for Leeds/Bradford... As my name suggests, NEMA is my local airport and I would be happy to pop up the M1 for any jet2 bargains. I find it surprising that we suddenly have three airports in our vacinity with the Robin Hood now fully operational, (ex RAF Finningly). Humberside airport also must be a bit miffed about competition. Guess NEMA are safe with the big freight terminals etc.
There isnt really a dark side to the moon, as a matter of fact its all dark!
