Crew on the approach to LCY reported hearing Gangsta Rap this morning!!!

2 aircraft performed Go Arounds due to comms issues.

This has to be a weird thing, I deffinately will listen to the JFK tower for an update.

I believe the affected frequency is 119.45 which normally handles north departures and seems to handle all departures and approach during the night time. For the past few days, flights that normally would switch to 119.45 are being instructed to switch to 125.25.

The weird thing I really don't understand is why on my scanner I can only hear the controller on 119.45 and only aircrafts on 125.25. Can anyone shed light?

Oh there's a few Cuban's on a.net... but they're all in Miami so they use the US flag.
