United/Skywest To Start ASE-LAX Non-Stop

While this service has been offered using the BAE-146 during the winter months, this marks the first time that the service has been offered during the summer -- ever! Service will be 3 times weekly, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Flights will be operated using a CRJ-700 in an ExPlus configuration. Full article below:

I thought the CR7 wasn't allowed into ASE??

Or has the certification been approved now?

Search the forum. There was a huuuge long thread about letting the CRJ700 into ASE. It was very informative.

From what I have heard, Skywest was just late with some of the paperwork etc...but everything is ok now!
