Twin-Engine Crashes Near MLB (FL)

News is just starting to flow in on a crash of a twin engine aircraft while on final to MLB... 3 Fatalities so far, as well as the fire starting a large brush fire... The plane was apparently en-route from JAX...

Edit: The location of near Ellis Road and East Drive puts the aircraft on about a mile final for 9R

Happened just short of my office...maybe three or four blocks. I talked to one of the EMT's at lunch, and he said it was (obviously) a bad situation.

Air traffic seems to be back to normal. FIT planes are back doing touch and go's.
MLB: Where you are always number one for takeoff.....

From what I heard the guy was coming in to fast turning finals and the tower told him to slow down, the guy apperently entered a crosscontrolled stall and spun.

This is just hearsay here at FIT so dont quote me on it.

The CEP of JT Byrider was in the plane along with his son-in-law.
