Flight Medicine

Based on another thread I've discovered there are a number of healthcare providers on this board. Hoping to inspire a less controversial discussion - what are your experiences with flight medicine?

I am working as "Paramedic" at the Austrian Red Cross.
Flight Medicine is quite difficult, you had to improve many things, because their is not many space on an aircraft.
My last emergency on an flight(Skyairlines B737-800) was an circulation collapse. The aircraft was totally full and the blood pressure of the patient was really low. The pax next to the patient had to clear their seats, because the patient had to put his stands up. It was quite a funny picture, the men lie on the three seats and his stands were in the air on the window seat. The crew was very good, but the medince equipment of the plane was really bad.
