AA Customer Service Contacts?

Sat Apr 01, 2006 9:17 am

Can anyone please provide me with any customer service (or higher) type people and American and/or American Eagle? I would like to get an actual response, not a form letter, to an issue I had on a recent flight.

Any names, email, or US Mail addresses would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Greg

Here is address from aa.com:

Address:

I don't have the email address handy, but if you go to aa.com and click on "Contact AA" at the top, and then click on Customer relations, there is the opportunity to email from the website.

Hope this helps.

Use the link on their website.

I got a response from them when I filed a complaint on behalf of one of our travelers.

As the others suggested, use the email link on their "Contact AA" site. I have used it several times and by clicking on "would like a reply" (or something similar) I have always received an email response. It will still tend to be 'semi-scripted' in the sense they must get hundreds a day, but my replies have definitely addressed individual comments in my email... both complimentary and not-so complimentary.

As a side note, I had an incredible flight attendant from YUL-DFW about two years ago and sent an email complimenting her service. About 10 months later I again flew the route and the same FA was working the flight (she is a French speaker and does the YUL route quite frequently). She had gotten a notice from her Supervisor about the compliment. She saw my name on the manifest and recognized it as the one who sent the message in and she came up to personally thank me. I got the opinion that the supervisor put the email or a note of some kind in her personnel file.

Actually, I am sending a letter of praise to Continental for the ground crew at IND. Last wednesday my flight was delayed and I was going to miss my connection at EWR. They rebooked me on NW without batting an eye...grant it they are such close partners they are just about one in the same but still, to give up revenue like that was impressive to me.

customer.service@aa.com if you want to write directly to AA Customer Service by email.

Yep, a copy is given to the flight attendant as well as one placed in their p-file. And we really do appreciate knowing our customers enjoyed the service.  Smile
