The 738 of Visig was returned to its czech owner. Now is operating an 734 from the czech operator.

The name of the venture now is Travel Service Espana, an Unimex Group brand.

Is this replacing European Aircharter by any chance? European's flights from Birmingham for Cosmos are now being operated by VISIG. I heard a few weeks back that EAF are closing MAN and BHX bases, perhaps Visig have taken both lots of flying?

It seems that Airclass Airways will be the brand they are flying under (thats what Cosmos are saying anyway), there is a website (not much there though!) http://www.airclass-airways.com
