Even though I have done lots of searches on this topic, I have been unsuccessful in finding a clear answer (as most threads on this are several months old now). We are thinking of rebooking our LH flight KUL-BKK-FRA to an SQ flight SIN-FRA since we are not sure if LH opperates 747s equipped with the new business class on this sector in the coming summer.

My questions are:

Does anybody know how many of LH's 747-400s have been refitted with the new business class?

Are any of these going to be used on the KUL-BKK-FRA route in summer 2006?

Any answers greatly appreciated,

The mods are still ongoing.
My wildass guess would be at least half are complete.
The guy that sits beside me would know the exact answer, but he's one vacation.

Which flight originates in KUL? I am on a BKK FRA flight this month and was wondering if it originates there or in KUL?

D-ABTE
D-ABVB
D-ABVE
D-ABVF
D-ABVH
D-ABVK
D-ABVW

The following flights are operated with these planes:
LH400 FRA-JFK
LH418 FRA-IAD
LH456 FRA-LAX
LH710 FRA-NRT
LH738 FRA-HKG
LH778 FRA-SIN-CGK

Are D-ABTE and D-ABVB really done?
I see engineering changes from those mods still going on last week.
