Normal Month For An Airline Pilot

Mon Apr 10, 2006 12:46 pm

I would like to know what a normal month for an airline pilot is like? How many days are you working? How many days are you off? Are checkrides often? Thanks in advance.

Now, are you looking for a regional airline F/O, or a very senior major airline captain? It is vastly different.

I'm looking for any and all positions. If you are a first year FO for Continental Express lets hear it! If you are a 30 year veteran flying a 747-400 internationally for United I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.
