Anything To Do At YYC?

Sat Apr 15, 2006 7:07 am

Hi all,
I'm thinking of taking a flight that would give me a rather long layover at YYC. Is there anything to do at the airport? Any spotting?

Take the Port O Call Hotel shuttle, the hotel is loacted at SE end of airport (Mcknight Blvd) then a short walk westbound, perfect for some great overfly and side shots of aircraft on very short final for RWY 34, or you can walk a way for shots of aircraft inbound from the east for rwy 28 (Mccall Way NE)
You can't get there from here.

Don't forget to check out SpacePort!
And while at it do check out some of the waterfalls scattered throughout the main terminal on both lower and main floors.
