Aviation Job Related Question?

Sat Apr 15, 2006 9:19 am

Hey All

I am looking into a job as a pilot. I would proabably want to work for a legacy carrier, but I want to hear everyone's opinion. What airlines do you think will grow and which should I avoid? Thanks

Do you (currently) have the necessary qualifications to fly for an airline? Because, as I am sure you're aware, there's a lot of money needed to get that (often elusive) first flying job. At least that's what it's like in Europe and, from what I know, the situation in the USA isn't all that different (although the cost of training in the USA is substantially lower than in Europe).

Good luck!  Smile

Hey SanDiegoFlyer, your gona have to be a little more specific with your qualifications, you don't just look for a major airline job. We don't know if your a 15 year-old looking to fly the Cessna 172 for the first time or a Space Shuttle commander. Welcome to the Forum!
