In Seat Power/Connexxion On SQ

Wed Apr 26, 2006 7:39 pm

Hi all

We are flying MAN-SIN-AKL-SIN on 777 and SIN-MAN on 744 next week.

The website states there is in-seat laptop power, but is this on all European 777s and 744s? If so what adapter would I need? (don't want to spend £40 on an adapter if I can't use it!)

Also, I know they are gradually rolling out Connexxion by Boeing, is this on MAN/AKL bound flights yet?

Cheers,
Noel

The inseat power on SQ does not need an adaptor (at least not on any SQ flight I have been on). It takes most countries plugs including, US, NZ etc. You will need a UK to US adaptor though as the UK plugs don't fit. There is no power supply in economy.

I don't think you will have connexion as it is only on a very few flights, certainly not to NZ.
