Some widely availible aviation magazines like Flight International often have airliners for sale or lease in the classifieds section although ive never seen an A320 availible in FI. Good A320s are hard to come by as they tend to get snapped up. But try this link, there are some availible:
http://www.globalplanesearch.com/view/all/AllALSL.htm

You could also check ILFC or GECAS' websites and get contact info there - they are among the largest lessors of Airbus.
What do you require the aircraft for?

Those websites make it all seem no different to renting a car, although I'm sure it is price wise. :P What sort of leasing prices do they range from? (Just out of curiosity)

No disrespect intended but people who are likely to actually be able (sufficient funds etc) to purchase an A320 are probably not asking how to find one on A.net.

Anyone 'that high' up in an airline etc. knows where and how to speak to the right people.

Just because someone is looking for an A320, doesnt mean they work for an established airline. It could be a fairly wealthy individual from another industry that has spotted a gap in the market and is considering launching an airline.

Its plausable that they may ask here for pointers, although unlikely.

And? Has somebody claimed to be an airline-manager? The fact that I don't intend to buy an Airliner neither can afford one doesn't make the thread uninteresting to read.

BTW Nowadays - were everybody has to found his own carrier - I wouldn't be surprised by anything...

Have a look at http://www.globalplanesearch.com/vie.../aircraft/aircraft-leasing-def.htm for a good definition of wet, damp and dry leases  Wink

You are correct, of course, the 4th plane in that Hangar was a C130, not another A320...

I had a letter from one of the regional airline from SE Aisa appointing my company to do sourcing for A320.

As I have never done  airplane  this before, I would be appreciate if you all can give any suggestion/advice or is it impossible for someone not in the airline industry?

Not if the guy just won a lottery and decided to blow the cash on an A320.
