The airport manager at SCK
is on record as saying "that he was told by airline officials Wednesday that “advance ticket sales are greatly exceeding Allegiant’s expectations.”
But there seems to be some concern about AeroMexico. I haven't been to SCK
to check on the remodeling project there but this article says the contract has to be rebid.
Apparently the original proposal said preference to companies owned by women and minorities. But the county now says that was not necessary.
The bids for remodeling an area for a FIS came in higher than expected and with the incorrect language all bids will be rejected and they will start over.

back to Nov 1, assuming that there are no construction problems.
