Source: China To Double Aircraft Fleet BY 2010

Wonder what this will do to the price of oil.. unless the a/c run on new fuels, but 2010 is too soon for that.

The fuel used by several hundred jets is a miniscule portion of the world's petroleum production and would have a negligible affect on the price of oil. The growing number of automobiles in China has a much larger effect.
