I flew UX
for the first time last sunday from CDG
, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the cabin. I flew on a B738 with all leather seats and a good seat pitch, which seemed at least higher than on AF
short haul planes (I may be wrong but that is the impression I got). However, what was not so good is that you have to pay for anything you want to drink/eat in the plane. I was on an AF
ticket since the flight was a codeshare, and I felt surprised that AF
would stick its code on a flight which service was definitely low frills.
: on another note, UX
is supposed to join SkyTeam as an associate airline, but we haven't heard anything on when that would happen since the annoucement that the joining process had begun, last year...
