I'm sorry to hear that the fear of flying has taken over you. Once it's in you, it's tough to get out.
Anyways, here's how I always view my flights: there is going to be turbulence. Every flight that I go on, I always say to myself that there will be turbulence on this flight, and more times than not there is NO turbulence. You see, the trick is that if you can anticipate turbulence, you wont be so caught of guard and as a result you will feel more "in control", so to speak.
So, Im sure you're flight will be perfectly fine (according to the wx forecast), but you should definately anticipate turbulence. Dont go into a flight like "this flight will be so darn smooth, and there wont be one bump". That's when people start panicking!
