Virgin Blue Seat Availability

Wed May 17, 2006 1:59 pm

I was hoping someone could tell me the number of seats available on the following Virgin Blue flights:

8 Jun 06 - DJ810 @ 0715 (SYD to MELB)
11 Jun 06 - DJ845 @ 1315 (MEL to SYD)

I'm hoping to book a short trip early June & wanted to see what the availabilty was like.

Is there a website where I can check this info myself?

You can generally tell how busy the flight is based on the fares.
If there are still quite a few low fares on the DJ website, assume that there is capacity.

Having said that, I travel on DJ quite frequently, and the SYD-MEL run in the mornings tend to be pretty heavily booked.

I would suggest you book and use the web check-in facility on their website to select the seat you want.
