Continental Express Help!

I know it happened sunday, but I barely found out right now. It's a flight from MFE-MLO.

your help would be great!

BTA dosen't fly MFE-MLO, only MFE-MEX, thus I want to know the reason why MFE-MLO, could it be a charter, diversion?

Probably a/c repositioning is my guess.
Direct KNOBS, maintain 2700' until established on the localizer, cleared ILS runway 26 left approach.

It must be a repositioning flight, CO doesn't use 7000 flight numbers for it's revenue flights.
