Possible Medical Emergency - FCA

Sat May 27, 2006 5:29 pm

I just heard from a friend who works at MAN that the Sanford flight FCA35 i think had to make a emergency stop in Shannon Ireland and then came onto Manchester as FCA35X.

If it was a medical emergency i hope everyone is ok!

Any more details at present?

A passenger onboard suffered a cardiac arrest and was removed by paramedics (as they call them here in the states). I don't believe he survived.

Paramedics, but Ambulances are also staffed by Emergency Medical Technician's in the UK (Paramedics are EMT's who are trained in extra life saving techniques, i.e. giving certain drugs).

Just sorry to hear it was an unsuccessful situation.

Why say anything at all then? Don't lie about something you have no idea about, what if it was somebody you know?
