"I think Indianapolis will have a hub within three years," Vasey said. "What US Airways is missing is the ability to push Ohio Valley traffic west. If you look at the region stretching from Chicago to Pittsburgh, Indianapolis is sitting there as the perfect place for someone to set up a perfect hub."

US would put another hub smack dab in the middle of all the other hubs... HP Used to have CMH and they sold that off to DL
Quoting Ward86IND (Reply 2):
Maybe FL could use a little focus city here as well...
Quoting OzarkD9S (Reply 8):
Minor correction: HP pulled the CMH minihub and DL moved in. No selling involved.
Quoting HPAEAA (Reply 11):
My appoligies but rather, HP Sold DL the CHQ contract for the RJ's which allowed HP to Pull out and gave DL the extra A/C and some slots to begin flying the routes out of CMH....

Didn't USAirways express have IND-GRR flights until about 2 or 3 years ago?
