Fokkers For Air Niugini And Moscow Sky

Here's some recent news about the Fokker 100 fleet:
Air Niugini will get three additional Fokker 100s. 11471/PT-WHL was recently returned by TAM to the lessor and ferried to WOE and will soon be delivered to Air Niugini

11473/PT-MRQ will also be ferried to Port Moresby this month.

Further, both Brit Air and Regional have added two ex EU-Jet F100s to their respective fleets:
Brit Air: 11323/EI-DBR now F-GPXJ and 11329/EI-DBE now F-GPXK

Lastly, Moscow Sky has ordered the conversion of three F100 into VIP

MOSCOW SKY represents a group of Russian and European aviation companies including aircraft and helicopter operators (Meridian Air Company, International Jet Management), air charter brokers and consulting firms.

International Jet Management (IJM) in Vienna, Austria will commercially operate the aircrafts under their Aircraft Operation Certificate (AOC).

The aircraft involved are three ex AA/ JetsGo Fokker 100s, all currently at DNR.

Wow, it appears the Fokkers have certainly not lost their appeal after 9 years since the collapse of Fokker.
They are still highly sought after, and KLM recently announced they will be keeping them for a while.
