Why Is It Always The Same Answer?

Sat Jun 10, 2006 7:27 am

Don't get me wrong, I am a huge jetBlue fan; but every time I inquire about service to Michigan, it always seems to be the same answer....

from e-mail received from a B6 crew member:

Thank you for your interest in the growth of JetBlue Airways. We enjoy
feedback from future JetBlue
customers! We are always evaluating new cities to serve where our low
fares and extraordinary
customer service will be well received.

We will forward your suggestion to our Route Planning Department for
consideration. For
announcements of new "Cities", please stay tuned to our website,
www.jetblue.com. Also, we have a
new, interactive Route Map on our website. Please click here to see our
current cities:

We hope to welcome you onboard a JetBlue flight in the future!

I mean, I know they won't say yes we will be starting service to this place; but even when I just ask when they will announce any new cities, it happens to.

Is this like an automatic type response from B6. I just wish they would bring service to GRR or FNT

Any thoughts?

and don't get me wrong, I love B6. But when I inquire every couple months, it is ALWAYS the same answer.

Because it's easier to copy that into every message inquiring about a new route than it is to personalize every e-mail (in the thousands, right?) they get.

Because when you get bombarded with customers giving their 2 cents on route planning, you can't expect a personal response. If you don't get a human being when you call, certainly don't expect one when you email.

Why don't you reply and say "this is not a satisfactory answer..." and see what they say.

Let me guess, their response would probably be:

Actually I did email JetBlue back on the answer they gave me concerning an illegal charge to my business AmEx card. They responded back and we did go back and forth, though in short I never got the answer I wanted, or felt I deserved.

Just curious, where did you fly at the time?
Do not bring stranger girt into your room. The stranger girt is dangerous, it will hurt your life.

From Florida both PBI and FLL to JFK and back, both bought one way and by two separate individuals with names no where near my very Polish last name.
