First Solo Crash In CSK3

Wed Jun 14, 2006 7:46 am

Poor guy, flying his first solo, he missed his approach and tried to overshoot but forgot to retract a little his flaps so the plane stalled and crashed on the runway. It flipped on his top and did a few flips before stopping beside the runway. The guy is OK but in the hospital. The plane a C172N is a total loss.

I hope the guy will still fly one day and finish his PPL...

I'm betting that his Flight Instructor will have some explaining to do as he was the one who had to sign him off for the flight.
