CO Seat Assignment Question

Mon Jun 19, 2006 2:56 pm

When CO is unable to assign a seat on a particular flight, even though the seating map shows a lot of availability, is it always a sign of the flight being overbooked, or could it be something else ?

If anyone can look the specifics, that would be COA060 on Jul13 and COA047 on Jul17.

Try again, everything seems to be working normally.......maybe the system was reloading or down when you tried. If the problem continues, call CO reservations.
