Was browsing through Flightlevel350.com and found this video:
Which contains video footage of a PIA 742 go-around followed by a safe landing.
The tower asks the pilot what the reason for the go-around was and the pilot says "unconfirmed landing light" and the tower says "understood, do you need time to reconfigure or are you happy to make another approach" to which the pilot says "no we need some time to do our procedure."
I was just wondering - what does an unconfirmed landing light mean? As in one of the bogies isn't locked?
If anyone could shed some light on this I'd be most interested to hear what it could be.
And awesome video by the way. Love the inclusion of ATC communication.
