Connection In EWR

Fri Jul 14, 2006 12:06 am

I have a connection in Newark today on Continental and need a bit of info. I'm coming from Denver and arrive into Terminal C but all flights to Atlanta leave out of Terminal A. Is there a shuttle between the terminals inside the secured area or do I have to use AirTrain and go back through security again at A? I searched briefly online and didn't find anything but I swear I remember something about a shuttle between the 2 terminals inside security. Thanks for the help.

There is a new airside shuttle outside of gate C72 that will take you to the A terminal, I believe at gate A28

Excellent! CO needs to advertise this service on their website. Thanks for the help.

I agree with you, but for whatever reason, CO has decided not to do so. I remember reading a post here on a.net a while back by a CO employee referencing an internal memo about the subject.

It all became a moot point for me. I got here to DEN and they screwed up my reservation. I changed it online, couldn't book seats because it was within 24 hours of departure. I called into the reservations desk and the girl assigned me a seat but somewhere along the line everything got screwed up. Now I'm flying through IAH and won't get home until much later. Oh well.

CO does need to advertise it more. If you were connecting from BOS @ EWR, you would never know that this service exists. The signs are tiny, and it's extremely RARE to find a CO anywhere in that concourse.
