Flight service between Albany International Airport near Albany, N.Y., and John F. Kennedy International Airport will resume on Monday, July 17.
Albany airport officials said Delta's first flight will department to JFK at 11:19 a.m. Delta will gradually increase its flight schedule until it hits four daily flights starting Aug. 1, 2006.
A link to JFK will give Albany International travelers access to a larger network of national destinations and a major departure point for international flights.
Albany last had service to JFK through American Eagle, which suspended flights in 2003.
Its about time a carrier restores the ALB to JFK run. Its a well needed addition to
ALB's departure schedule. Anyone have any ideas as to what equipment will be used on this flight?
