Airport Congestion/Air Safety

Mon Jun 26, 2000 9:18 am

Airports today are overcrowded, planes are fighting for terminal space, airport traffic is unbelievable, and the passengers are suffering. But as air travel increases, the crash rate remains constant. Projections for the next tens years says there will be one crash a week. Customer service at airlines is getting worse and airports in general are a mess.

What can be done to improve the situation? Who is to blame, the FAA, the airports or the airlines? Passenger satisfaction is at an all time low. What are the solutions?

Lets debate this.
