Where the operator is, their nationality, does not matter. They are relaying information given to them by the company. If the operator doesn't know, the company hasn't told them.
If an operator in Iraq cannot answer the question, it is unlikely that one in Hometown USA can answer the question.

So where ever we go with her we have to take a portion large enough for the whole trip of special milk formula very difficult to get. And, usually on an overseas flight she eats up to four times. We take along with us her prescriptions, but I want to know if this new situation will give me trouble.
