US Airways Miles SEA-(NYC) Help!

Mon Aug 21, 2006 11:46 pm

Hey guys, I have 49,000 ish US Airways Miles and I was wanting to go to New York City. I was wondering if it would be possible to use them for a UA F class ticket (P.S. in J perhaps?) or whether it would be much easier to go US F class (Coach with a big seat). I was hoping that someone would know the program better than I do and be able to help me with how I could use the miles.

Leaving from SEA by the way.

Any help would be very appreciated!

Hey, I am a usairways agent. If you want to call give me the days and times that you want to go, I will call inventory control and see if they can get you the flights that you want. Then you can do the ticketing via telephone. My email is abarrett@utk.edu

You're probably going to have to buy a couple more miles - you'll need 50k to get a first class ticket.

In order to go p.s., you will have to connect in SFO.

If you are going in the winter, I'd recommend connecting in PHX or CLT to avoid delays.
