I'm not sure about Ryanair, but at Gatwick, i have done a similar thing with BA
. To save having to get up early for a 6:25am flight, i went through to the departure lounge at about 12:30am, and they didn't seem to have a problem.
On a similar note, at Dublin, is it possible to fly in on an FR
flight, and then get onto another one without having to go through customs? I did a BRS
night trip last december, to get on one of the B737-200's, and when we landed at DUB
, we went straight into the departure lounge and had to follow signs for the arrivals hall. Unfortunately, because there was no online check in, I had to go landside and spend the night in the check-in hall. I wouldn't mind doing a similar thing if i can stay airside, but I'm not sure if this is the case for all gates that FR
use at DUB
