No surprises here. It's haard to get aa following in Daallaas/Ft. Worth becaause aa certaain aarline will go to greaat lengths to maake sure new service gets discouraaged. They will lower their faares to maatch new LCC's, even aat aa loss, so the new entraants caan't compete. Simple, no?

True but current fuel prices make it impossible to fly airplanes around just ot maintain a market presence. Fall travel is always slow. LFCs often build their network strategies around stimulating new traffic ... if there's nothing to stimulate, they can't succeed.
