As someone who has driven on the ramp at the HHH here, I would say its about time. I have seen first hand guys in such a hurry that they will go around you as fast as they can. They have even come close to hitting SY planes on push back.

In the am the APD likes to hid around the planes at the gates to catch speeders.

The ramp has a speed limit of 15mph in the AOA Area behind the planes.

Um, this video makes it sound like all sorts of morons accidentally turn onto active runways and taxiways and cause catastrophes all the time. It is NOT that hard to stay on a marked roadway and not hit airplanes. There are very few roads if any in MSP which most employees would have to cross an active taxiway of any kind. And what is this nice new simulator going to prove? If the people were lousy and careless drivers to begin with, how is this going to make them change their ways?

Also, they show file footage of someone in an accident, showing a NW 727 in the foreground. Sorry, but those have been gone for a while, that footage is kind of dated.
