Here's a tidbit that I though may be of interest to those forum member up in Edmonton, plucked from todays aviation newslinks:
Capital City Air is planning to begin operations as soon as it gets regulatory approval, hopefully starting up in mid-July. It will begin operations with 3 Jetstream aircraft (J31's, although I've seen a story about them working to get additional aircraft in the form of IMP Group's 5 J41's which are parked at YYT). CCA plans to use YXD Edmonton City Centre Airport, in spite of the 10-passenger limit on passengers they can carry into the airport. It intends to fly to Calgary, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Peace River, and Prince George.
(Just curious, but would the aircraft CCA is getting be the J31's that Bar-XH was flying as Alberta Citylink until they lost their feeder contract? Would C-FZYB be one of the aircraft? Also, any photos of the paint scheme would be appreciated.)
