Air Passengers 'could Be Tagged'

An article on the BBC news website is claiming that within 2 years we could all be electronically tagged whenever we fly!

How exactly? Via the boarding pass? If it's just a little key card, there can't be any laws to enforce it, because you can criminalize the act of "losing" a key card.

The brits are out of control. I say there should be a better alternative to flying through UK airports.
