Thai has a premium economy product wthat is basically the same as economy in service except that the seats have 6 inches additional legroom and are wider, this is only on the A345 aircraft operating to/from BKK
. I'll be flying it in December or January (I'm gonna upgrade one leg but hte other I'll fly their Prmeium eocnomy)
ANA also has premium economy which they seem to only offer on a few flights and is done on a first come first servered basis.
Eva's premium economy bookign class (on their website) wil be either Evergreen Deluxe (more like premium economy) on the 747s or Elite Class (more like J) on the 777.
Also I believe that hte reason that CX
doesnt have premium economy is because they feel that they are doing enough for their economy section, like the implementation of shell style Y seating starting next year.
I personally feel that based on my two long-haul flights on KLM 777 that their normal economy service and seats are great, I would appreciate a little more legroom but really I think that their normal economy service is equal to what some U.S. airlines will give business class (minus a few things like table clothes) on shorter international routes.
