JetBlue Pax Loads BOS-JFK?

Sat Oct 28, 2006 5:01 am

Hi ,

I am looking at possibly non-revving next thursday (11/2) on B6 from BOS-JFK. If anyone has any ideas on likely loads I would be very grateful. Have flown B6 many times in the past as a revenue passenger and flights generally seem busy. Any info greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Tuesday isn't that busy in general. You shouldn't have a problem getting a seat on one of JetBlue's 10 flights on this route.

...Or just buy a ticket! It would only set you back $50

Still Thursdays aren't to bad. And if you're not running on a tight schedule, jsut try non-reving b/c if you miss say the first flight there is 9 more that day.

Thanks everyone for the info:

I normally would. However I cannot guarantee my travel plans so may not need the ticket. Its not the cost of the ticket - more the loss of flexibility if I take an alternative route.

Not sure if it helps or not but the morning flights between the two cities - jsut a few of them are operated with 320s instead of E190s - i remmeber noticing that a few times - hope it helps.

Keep in mind, if you are non-reving on jetBlue as a flightcrew member and your airline has a non-reciprocal agreement with B6, that each leg will cost you $25.00 as of November 1st, I believe.

I know that my airline's agreement with B6 costs me $25 for each segment. Just wondering though... do I have to list in advance through my staff travel office, or can I just show up at the aiport, list and pay the $25 right there? For some reason I heard that we were able to do that, but just wanted to confirm. Thanks!

Prior to having to pay to jumpseat on jetBlue, I could - in full uniform - walk right up to the gate and list for the flight. I'm not sure if I would have to now go to a ticket counter to list and then pay.
