Yes for the first 2 questions

I flew F class in May on both their 332s and 340s ----the 332 were modern ad the 340s were as comfortable--i did have a glimps of the J class section the 332 has 160 degree recline whereas the 340s---if you get an upgraded one u will get the flat new J class---otherwise you will get a cradle type one if its the older 340s--which are comfortable because the legroom is immense.

I've flown GF last june in business CDG-BAH-DXB-BAH-CDG and these are my answers to your questions :

1) Yes, GF have business lounge in Bahrain, Muscate & Dubai.
I've been to the one in Dubai and, honestly, if I compare to other airline lounges, it's far from being impressive. It is only comfortable, that's all.
And as stated by a GF people at the checking desk in DXB : the lounge in DXB is the best one.

2) Yes, they serve alcool but only after take off. I remember that you can have champagne, wine. For other alcools, I can't help because I do not usually drink alcool when I fly.

3)Biz class seats are quite good and comfortable. The big thing is also that you can put your seat flat and it's nice for night flights.
The inflight service is good, professional but not as much as for other airlines (AF or CX for example).

In the whole, I'd say that it's a pretty good airline and, if you really have a very good deal in Biz from HKG to DXB, go for it!
Flying is amazing!

I experienced GF J class a couple of years ago. The in flight service was excellent, they do serve alcohol and the food was much better than BA, so give it a go.
