How Many Freq Flyer Miles To Pay For RTW?

Sat Oct 28, 2006 7:30 pm

HI all, I'm sure this has been posted before but I haven't found it in a search..

I KNOW it varies, but can someone give me a range? How many miles would it cost someone to pay for a Y class around-the-world trip? If we do star alliance, lets assume the <29,000 miles tier.

Ballpark figures would be nice - or if anyone has done the trip on miles before, a quote would be great.

Just tryin to figure out how much I need to make a dream come true!

Cheers will walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you shall return

The best way for you to find out is speak to someone who works in your Star Alliance FF Program - give em a call  Smile

I'm going to hazard a guess of minimum 200,000 miles in Y for a RTW.
