Any Way To Know Exact Reg Of Specific Flight?

Tue Oct 31, 2006 12:55 pm

Hi All,

I'm flying QF 518 from PER-SYD later this month and I was wondering if there's any way that I can find out the exact reg # of the plane that will fly this route. I was looking on seat guru and there are two versions of the 743 - so I thought perhaps knowing which plane it is - would help me later on.

Is there any way to know this information? In general, is it only the airline that knows which SPECIFIC aircraft will be doing a specific route on a designated day?

Appreciated!
