HA 763 @ OAK 11/5

I saw a Hawaiian 763 pull into gate 1 at OAK on Sunday, November 5 around noon. A charter of some type?

most likely the Oakland Raiders charter flight. though when i passed by gate 1, the seating area was empty.

i was there too on a sit time before heading back to LGB. always great to see Hawaiian Airlines colors in OAK!

HA is the team airline of the Oakland Raiders. There's normally one aircraft, N592HA, that has the helmet logo applied beneath the 1st several windows.

"the seating area was empty."

That's because the team busses and equipment trucks drive right up to the a/c!

The Raiders played Monday night at Seattle. This is the 7th year HA has been the Raiders' carrier.

Lucky you if you caught it with the Raiders sticker on it.When it came thru last month to play the Ravens it didn't have one.It still was the highlight of the week.

Maybe with the way Raiders got spanked by the Seahawks on MNF, not having the logo might have been a good thing to be "anonymous".
