The original plan was to introduce a complete new seat in C-class sometime next year. First to be introduced on A330 and thereafter also on the A340. But after costumer tests the response was not too good, actually the seats felt too much coffin-like. So LX
postponed the decision and went back to the drawing boards and calculators. So it could still be decided that the A330 will get the current A340 seats. That would happen sometime later next year.
But we might get some more information on service changes and fleet news on Monday when LX
will hold a press and loyal costumer reception coinciding with the introduction of the first of two ex-SN/LH-A332 (which retain their original seats for the time being) at ZRH
