Another 744 For Aerolineas Argentinas

Sat Nov 18, 2006 12:48 am

Aerolineas is reported to receive another 747-400 by next year as its 747-200s (all built around 1980) reach retirement age one after the other.

Does anyone know were this "new" 744 comes from and when it will be introduced.

Maybe NZ are leasing one out to them?

Doubt it because NZ will be looking to wetlease only and I imgagine AR are looking to the medium-long term requirements. Could be a gap filler however.
