It wouldn't be out of place here in the streets of L.A. But I suspect the interiors are much more sedate and elegant - OTOH, those could be opulent! (calling camera snoops)

Given that this is destined for a charter operator, chances are he'd be sharing it with others (not the same time, of course.) But there's always that individual who'd want it all to himself for entertaining and travelling with his friends.

I'm speechless, what a beauty.   With that livery it looks just perfect.(alhough almost every livery looks stunning on a A345/6) Awesome Bird.
Someone has some not needed Mills to spend, i would thankfully take it, so i could buy one too?
Are somewhere more pics then this one, would like to see it from a other angle.
Thanks for sharing Solnabo.

You'd probably be wrong. I remember seeing a bunch of interior shots of various middle-east VIP aircraft and they were neither sedate nor elegant. They were ostentatious and gaudy, way over the top. Sort of like a carnival cruise ship but with real gold everywhere...

I saw the photo yesterday and the first thing I said was, WOW!!! That indeed is the best livery on a A346 I've seen so far. I would love to see that aircraft one day but seeing that I live in the Caribbean I will not see this aircraft anywhere near here, unfortunately....  Sad

Even so, we did have a Afriqiyah A300-600R here on New Year's Eve which is very unusual for any country/island in our region.

Hahaha, point taken. It's just that where I live the aircraft movement is not that spectacular, even though some new air connections are expected. But as long as new air services have not started, I've seen every scheduled airline/aircraft here already which is becoming boring as an aircraft spotter  Smile

An all business and first class A346 just to fly between Jeddah and Riyadh? I am sure this aircraft will be used for international flights. Another question, seeing that this VIP A346 has much less seats than the normal passenger version A346, does this VIP A346 have a much bigger range, like the A345 maybe? I can imagine it will have a similar range as it carries less passenger/cargo giving it more room for bigger fuel tanks (?)

Yes, it has more range. Recently, Airbus has created a dedicated section on its website just for VIP aircraft.

With 94 passengers, the A346HGW-VIP can fly 15700km, comparable to early A345s with normal passenger loads.

Hey Micke, thanks for the link! Big grin

I just saw the new photos of this private A346 and wow. What a beautiful private aircraft this is with the gold and eagle on the tail! Just amazing! Where will this aircraft probably be flying to. I know it is a private aircraft so it can show up anywhere but still there will probably be a few destinations this aircraft will visit more often, right?

In any case it is one fantastic private jet!!!! Very sharp looking livery!!

this aircraft was ordered in Paris Air Show, Airbus added to it's VIP customers, i dont see it as a VIP aircraft, the VIP is just for its owner not for everybody, at least from my point of view.
This aircraft will be available for anybody who can pay its rental expenses, NAS main customers are from USA and Europe, most of their aircraft are charted by the war traders from US & Europe to Iraq, so expect to see it soon there. This A340-600 can carry up to 100 passenger.

Most likely an error or typo in the report. The selected cabin outfitter couldn't be so overloaded with work. I don't imagine it needing auxiliary fuel tanks fitted - besides 16 months is simply too long. Special certification campaign?

And unreasonable for the a/c to be sitting with the real owners earning nothing.....
