Who Wants To Buy A Tu-154B

Sun Nov 19, 2006 11:39 am

Saw this on aeroflotnord's website. It's in Russian/Cyrillic, but two aircraft are for sale? Who's in?

They actually have rather modern avionics upgrades to-boot. I have only been on D9's TU-154-B2, but was impressed by its solidness, smooth ride (although it flew nose-up the whole time), and silky landing. You also can't help but love her distinctive engine howl.

I will however, take them without the broken seats, battleship grey painted-with-housepaint steel traytables, and drunk gentlemen who require punching one another in the face to wake-up...I thought Peter the Great had outlawed that (or was that only for holidays)?
