Do any airlines offer PTVs in economy on their short-haul European routes?

I think British Airways should offer PTVs on its short-haul routes. There wouldnt have to be many programs. Just the standard Channels 1 - 5, BBC News, MTV Video, and a few episodes of Eastenders or Friends.
