Business class seats are the same all throughout the aircraft....it doesn't matter where you seat.
There is a mini cabin right behind F, Rows 8 & 9. Whilst this seems nice and a private cabin thanks to our friends at the FAA it is more a case of 'here's what you could have won'. With the curtains wide open into F with your view of the F service and seats...if the curtains were closed however, well it's a whole different ball game.
If you prefer the main cabin I can recommend 13A/B. The wife and I flew on the 777 and were pre-assigned 14A&B but the row ahead were free and it seemed to have a little more legroom. My mind is a bit hazy but I seem to remember the window alignment being slightly different from the norm in that row, much like on BA
