New Seaplane Services To Be Launched From Glasgow

An airline called Loch Lomond Seaplanes is to launch flights from Glasgow City Centre to the Scottish Highlands, these flights will mainly be used for tourist and excursion flights.

The airline intends to land the aircrafts on River Clyde and will set up a terminal near the Science Museum. These flights have been cleared by the CAA and Glasgow city council.

The airline will be be flying Cessna Turbo Stationair T206H aircraft.

Loch Lomond and the West Highlands are nice, so it seems like a good idea.

Maybe they will serve Lake Tegel in Berlin one day.  Wink
From Berlin to Loch Lomond or Crainlarich in two or three hours on a seaplane - now that would be nice, and I'd be among the first to book a flight.  Smile
